Welcome to Natural Cleaning Experts LLC. By accessing our website (https://naturalcleaning4u.com/) or booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Services
Natural Cleaning Experts LLC provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services. We use eco-friendly and natural products as part of our commitment to safety and quality.
2. Booking and Cancellations
Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 to 48 hours (adjust as per your rule) notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Access to Property: The client must ensure that the cleaning team has access to the property at the scheduled time. If the team is locked out, a "lock-out" fee may apply.
3. Client Responsibilities
To provide the best results, we ask our clients to:
Ensure running water and electricity are available.
Secure any fragile, expensive, or sentimental items.
Provide a safe working environment (e.g., restraining aggressive pets).
Report any specific allergies to cleaning agents beforehand.
4. Safety and Restrictions
For the safety of our staff, we do not perform the following:
Cleaning of biohazards (mold, blood, animal waste).
Moving heavy furniture (over 25-35 lbs).
Cleaning areas unreachable by a 2-step ladder.
Handling of pest infestations.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee & Damage
Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will return to re-clean the disputed area at no additional cost. We do not offer cash refunds.
Damage Claims: While we treat your home with maximum care, accidents happen. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of service. Natural Cleaning Experts LLC is insured, and claims will be processed accordingly.
6. Non-Solicitation of Employees
Clients agree not to hire or contract any employees or contractors of Natural Cleaning Experts LLC privately for a period of 12 months following the last service date. A referral fee may apply if this is breached.
7. Payments
Payment is due at the time of service or as otherwise agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to suspend services if payments are overdue.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
